When it comes to cultural melting pots, New York City is constantly simmering, with hybrid sounds and micro-scenes ebbing and flowing from all corners of the metropolis.
One of the latest scenes springing up from El Barrio aka Spanish Harlem is percolating up from a local dive bar called Camaradas, and one of the bands currently ruling the roost is Navegante.
